Next year's festival features 1,300 shows across 500 venues

The Adelaide Fringe has unveiled its program for 2025, offering a line-up of more than 1,300 shows across 500 venues. The largest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere, it spans a range of genres, including comedy, theatre, cabaret, music, visual arts and interactive experiences.
Returning festival hubs include The Garden Of Unearthly Delights and Gluttony, which will once again transform Adelaide’s Eastern parklands into festival hotspots. The West Village will offer nearly 200 events across more than 30 venues such as ILA, Adelaide College Of The Arts, Nexus, The Mercury Cinema and many more.
This year introduces significant expansions, with the Courtyard Of Curiosities expanding into the State Library and Migration Museum, creating an intimate cultural experience in two of Adelaide’s most esteemed institutions. Fool’s Paradise also returns to Victoria Square.

The festival’s reach extends well beyond the city, with more than 100 events taking place in regional South Australia, from Coober Pedy to Kangaroo Island and Coonawarra, demonstrating its commitment to accessibility and state-wide engagement.
Among the anticipated highlights is the return of Sleeps Hill Tunnel, an immersive performance set within a historic railway tunnel in Panorama. The Dome experience is also back, now located at the Dom Polski Centre, and featuring 11 Full Dome shows.
Heather Croall AM, Adelaide Fringe director and CEO, said, 'Adelaide Fringe is an invitation to explore South Australia through the eyes of the local and international artists who make this event so unique. This year, we’re seeing some much-loved artists and venues return, alongside new talent and experiences that truly reflect the diversity and spirit of Fringe. I encourage everyone to check out nearby shows in their own suburb, venture out to regional performances, and if your visiting take the time to explore the program and uncover some of the hidden shows and gems throughout our city and state.'
The Adelaide Fringe runs from Friday 21 February to Sunday 23 March; tickets are available now.
