Follow a workout up the climbing wall with some top-level food in the centre’s café, housed on a mezzanine in this converted church. The small café does pack lots of flavour into its menu of revolving brunches, satisfying sandwiches, nachos and burgers, with lots of local sourcing. Head chef Liam McAlpine also hosts tasting-menu events where the cooking hits the heights.
