Having established a word-of-mouth reputation for Persian breakfasts with fried eggs, feta and walnuts or sweet omelette flavoured with saffron, Konj moved to a location by the Royal Lyceum Theatre and pivoted towards lunch and dinner service, with Persian specialities and feasts front and centre.
