There seems to have been a static food truck at the petrol station at Woodlands for as long as anyone can remember. It’s been occupied by all manner of folk over the years, but possibly none as good as Mrs Falafel. The menu is mainly Lebanese, with other influences popping up from the Levant. From hummus, tabbouleh and falafel, to kofta, baba ghanoush and baklava, there is plenty to enjoy here, with fresh, vibrant ingredients and exotic flavours to the fore. Mrs Falafel also pops up at festivals and events in a food truck that actually moves around.
