The variety of cocktails on offer is probably The Blackbird’s main pull. There are boozy milkshake-like concoctions for those with a sweet tooth and deliciously balanced fruity sours too. The pop-up kitchen (Flash & Ollie currently have the reins) has been pared back to a selection of packed sandwiches, served as American-sized portions if you’re hungry, and small plates of pub classics for a snackier alternative. Out back, you’ll find one of the best beer gardens in town.
