5 steps to including your own experience in your Creative Writing with Emma Thompson
Have you ever wanted to weave your personal experiences into your writing, but are not sure where to start? In this class, Emma will teach you 5 steps that will enable you to include your own experiences in your writing. She will help you turn your unique life moments into powerful narratives that resonate with readers. Youll use a personal moment, big or small, and expand and adapt it into a rich story for your reader. You might then decide to include it in a short story or novel. The focus will be on tapping into your emotions and channelling them into realistic characters and scenes, using your own experience as a starting point. The session will be informal and supportive and an opportunity for you to meet like-minded people. There will be plenty of time to write and try out ideas. You will be given a course booklet to work with and take away with you. Emma is a teacher with 28 years experience, and she is passionate about helping people develop their creativity.
