With over 300 million views of his stand up online, Daliso shot to fame on Britain's Got Talent making it to the final of the 2017 series and establishing himself a firm favourite with the judges and the British public. Since then, Daliso has gone on to become a TV and Radio regular. Appearances include Have I Got News For You (BBC1), Qi (BBC2), Celebrity Pointless (BBC 1) winner, The Royal Variety Performance (ITV1), Good Evening Britain and Britain's Got Talent Champions (ITV), The Complaints Department and Rhod Gilbert's Growing Pains (Comedy Central), Unforgivable (Dave), and The Apprentice: Youre Fired (BBC2).
Daliso is also the writer, creator, and host of his Rose dOr nominated BBC Radio 4 show Citizen of Nowhere (available on BBC iPlayer). He also hosted a brand new show called The Exploding Library for BBC Radio 4 and is also a regular on The News Quiz, Just A Minute and The Now Show (BBC Radio 4). He has also appeared on The Ultimate Choice, One Person Found this Helpful, Evil Genius, and You Heard it here First. He has performed around the world and at the Edinburgh, Melbourne, Singapore, and Cape Town comedy festivals. He has also toured the UK three time to sell out audiences. His stand-up specials What the African Said, Blah Blah Blacklist and Apocalypse Not Now are available to watch on ITVX. He is currently on tour with his latest show Feed this black man, again.
This is Daliso's second appearance at A Laugh In Stockport, as anyone who came to our gigs at The Magnet back in 2011 will surely remember!
Paul Savage is a Midlands comic who has gigged all over the UK from the Highlands of Scotland to the very tip of Cornwall, and all over the world from Sweden to South Australia. He's recently returned from down under in fact, where he's been touring his latest show, which he describes as Just loads of true stories of me being a dickhead.
He once impressed a girl at a gig so much she called off her engagement and stalked him for a bit, sending him naughty photos. She later moved back to Poland.
Genuinely brilliant. Writes a good joke, draws a good cartoon: an all round hoot The Guardian
A man determined to find comedy in the unlikeliest of places Broadway Baby
Danny Sutcliffe is your compère for the evening. Seen most recently on the big screen in the film Mr Doom: Behind The 8-Ball now available on all good streaming services he's also a thoroughly lovely fella who lists standing on sheds and flipping tables among his many anti-social hobbies.
Dazzles with his mix of surreal and observational gags. A manic, unruly energy belies a great writing talent The Skinny
