A dark comedy where a routine council surgery becomes anything but, when a constituent turns up ready to explode…quite literally.

Two politically polar-opposite councillors come together for a routine surgery, only for a desperate constituent Lenny to arrive with a homemade bomb timed to blow up. Well, a bit later than planned, as he forgot about the clocks going forward.

With the trio trapped and time ticking down, the councillors argue, plead, and bargain with Lenny as they expose the cracks in the system which has led to this breaking point.

Pothole Kingdom is a new satirical dark comedy by Ross Mackay (Party of the Century) that explores broken systems, local democracy, and the lives caught in the blast radius.
