Royal Northern Sinfonia are directed by their Artistic Partner Maria Włoszczowska for this night of classical Americana.

America is the thread that runs through tonight’s music - three American composers; Samuel Barber (of Adagio for Strings fame), John Adams and Aaron Copland and one composer who made his career there, Erich Wolfgang Korngold.
