The Truffle Valley Boys are a band with a mission: to bring back the raw, powerful and
authentic sound of the early years of Bluegrass music no compromises.
The group draws its repertoire and sound from some of the more obscure Bluegrass groups
of the 1950s defining years for this musical genre, which developed as a branch of Country music, strongly influenced by Gospel, Swing and Blues, and played an important role in the birth of Rock-A-Billy.
The Truffle Valley Boys perform authentic Blue Grass in the most uncompromising way, around a single microphone and using period instrumentation, with the utmost attention to musical and aesthetic details, a fiery drive and a healthy dose of good-natured entertainment!
