An Introduction To Aromatherapy

Sunday 29th June 2025, 10am - 1pm
This workshop is a fun, interactive introduction to aromatherapy for physical and emotional wellbeing during summertime. Anne will take you through exploring 8 essential oils that she has selected as being particularly useful during summertime: - to nurture sunburnt skin - insect repellents - for digestive upsets that can happen on holidays - to help us swtich off, relax, and sleep - antiseptic first aid oils, and those for muscular aches and pains when we do activities we don't normally - essential oils for travelling.
The workshop is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those who use essential oils regularly and want to expand their knowledge. Vital information on using essentail oils safely (including with children), different methods of use, and the most effective use for particular outcomes will all be covered. Practical information will be given on creating your own blends, using correct quantities, purchasing and storing your essential oils.
You will create two of your own blends to take home and use. All materials are provided, but please bring a notepad and pen to jot down your findings. Please note - you are required to complete a short questionnaire before participating in this workshop to ensure no allergies or conflicts with medications will occur. Please email Anne direct for this - [email protected]
