Ten strangers are invited to Soldier Island, an isolated rock near the Devon coast, but when they arrive, their host, an eccentric millionaire, is nowhere to be found. Cut off from the mainland, all the guests have in common is a wicked past that they are unwilling to reveal and a secret that will seal their fate. When one of the party dies suddenly, they realise that they may be harbouring a murderer in their midst. But which one is behind this deadly deed? Only the dead are above suspicion.
