Opening the show we have rising star Maxine Wade, who was crowned Breakthrough Act of the Year in 2023 at the Yorkshire Comedy Awards, and followed this up by being named Halifax's Comedian of the Year in 2025. "'Riotously funny" - EdFringe Review
We also have a performance from Rich McCulloch, winner of both the Southport New Comedian of the Year and Lawrence Batley Theatre New Act of the Year awards in 2025.
Our host is British Comedian of the Year semi-finalist Graeme Rayner, who has never won any comedy awards, and was beaten by Maxine Wade in the final of the Halifax's Comedian of the Year competition in 2025, a loss which he has taken on one of his many chins.
