Astra Forward is a SE London experimental singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and composer. She writes ethereal and intimate songs on the power of nature and human connection, Her work explores grief, mysticism and impermanence, seeking to provide both comfort and immersion to the listener.
Astra Forward has performed extensively throughout Europe and the UK as part of Diagrams (Sam Genders/Tunng) and has written with Erland Cooper on the title track of his album Sule Skerry. Her vocals feature on 'Billie and Mollie: an Otter Love Story. She will perform live at the Ivy house with her full band
