Bat walk around Coldham's Brook & Coldham's Common

Join us for a free guided bat walk around Coldhams Brook and Coldhams Common, led by Bryony Yates, Cambridgeshire bat enthusiast! This is a unique opportunity to hear and see some of the bats in your local environment. We will have special bat detectors to allow us to listen out for the bats as they fly around hunting for insects.
Meet us at 21:15 at the entrance to Coldhams Brook opposite Just for Pets, 253 Barnwell Road, CB5 8SL (what3words: scale.cloud.sheets)
Please note that:
You will need to wear sturdy comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for the weather, wrap up warm as it will get cooler into the evening.
The route will include some uneven, narrow and potentially muddy paths alongside the brook and the common.
This event is open to everyone including adults and children, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
There is very limited parking available here and the nearest toilets are at Sainsburys.
We recommend bringing a torch as it will be dark!
