A Night of 3 choices Bat Walk and Film Join us for a guided bat walk around the Cemetery to look and 'listen' for bats using bat detectors. Watch them swoop through the trees hunting for insects and lean more about British bats from our guides. Spooky Walk & film Join historian and horror guide Dr Laura Alston who will take you on a spooky walk around the Cemetery to find out about some of the mishaps, mysteries and ghoulish tales to be found in Sheffield General Cemetery. Film The Devils Bat A crazed chemist uses mutated bats to gain vengeance against the businessmen who prospered from his work. Film will start about 8.30pm Proceeds from this fundraising event go to SGCT to help us with our work looking after Sheffield General Cemetery and our 2 Grade II listed buildings and to inform and educate about the history of this unique green space.
