Based on the Disney film and successful stage show, Young Nomads bring this version of the story of Bell,. the heroine who loves to read and yearns for,, adventure. After turning down the village brute Gaston, Belle runs off to search for her missing father, who is being held captive in an enchanted castle by the Beast (a cursed Prince). Belle offers herself in exchange for her father, who escapes to the village and tells everyone about Belle being held captive. Gaston with his sidekick Lefou convince the villagers to storm the castle. Meanwhile Belle is being entertained by Cogsworth, Lumiere, Babette, Madame de la Grande Bouche, Mrs Potts and Chip in the Castle. Despite her growing friendship with the Beast she misses her father, and the enchanted servants in the castle hope she can be the one to break the spell and their curse. As in all fairytales, good wins over evil and there's a happy ending with lots of fun songs and dances with great characters along the way!
