Drop-in Family Workshop: Chai Making

Fancy a cuppa? Artist and workshop leader Usma Ashraf leads an introduction to Chai making!
Learn about the cultural history of chai (tea), the techniques used to make it, and the exciting array of different ingredients used. Contribute to our big collective chai pot, make your own chai bags to take away with you, or just help yourself to delicious glass or mug of the sweet drink.
Everyone is welcome, especially families with children aged 4+.

All these free drop-in sessions run from 1-3pm:
Thursday 6 July - Handmade Fabric Printing
Thursday 13 July - Garland Making
Thursday 20 July - Homemade instruments
Thursday 10 August - Henna design and Painting
Friday 11 August - Chai Making
Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times
