Blockhead, Proleter & Arms And Sleepers

The internationally renowned NYC beatmaker Blockhead will team up with the French beatmaker ProleteR and the Berlin-based producer Arms and Sleepers for a UK & European tour in Autumn 2026.
One of the modern masters of instrumental hip-hop, Blockhead will present an eclectic live set accompanied by visuals and spanning his prolific 25-year music career. Blockhead’s most recent solo album Mortality Is Lit! was released via Future Archive Recordings in November 2024, receiving critical acclaim.
French beatmaker ProleteR has established himself over the past decade as a leading figure in the international electro, nu-jazz, swing-hop and instrumental hip-hop scenes. Blending vintage jazz samples, boom-bap grooves and electro-soul textures, he has developed a warm, instantly recognisable sound that bridges nostalgia and modernity
Formed in 2006 in Boston and currently based in Berlin, Arms and Sleepers is the electronic trip-hop project of producer Mirza Ramic who has released glitched-out grooves that take as much inspiration from leftfield hip-hop experimentalism as they do from the slowburn ambience and panoramic euphoria of contemporary post-rock.
Presented by Hootananny Brixton.
