A 60-minute SOMA Breath Journey

Breath is the bridge between body and mind.It is the one system we can consciously access to shift how we feel, how we think and how we experience ourselves.

Blossoming Breath is a traditional SOMA Breath class, designed to guide you into an embodied, regulated and energised state through breath, rhythm and intention.

The experience begins with gentle, intentional movement, inviting the body to soften, open and awaken. Movement helps release surface tension and brings awareness into the body, creating a foundation of safety and presence before the breath deepens.
From here, we move into the SOMA Breath practice. Using rhythmic breathing patterns, breath holds and specially designed music, the breath works directly with the nervous system and brainwaves. This allows the body to move out of stress and into clarity, calm or uplifted energy, depending on the phase of the practice.

As the breath deepens, held tension and emotional weight can begin to soften and release. The practice supports a return to natural flow leaving you feeling clearer, lighter and more connected to yourself.
This 60-minute journey is both activating and grounding, offering a powerful reset for body and mind.
