Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the life and legacy of Scotlands national bard, Robert Burns, with a night full of tradition, fine food, and spirited dancing.
Traditional Three-Course Scottish Supper, expertly crafted by The Butlers Pantry:
Starter: Cullen Skink - A creamy, comforting soup of smoked haddock flakes, potato, onion, and fresh herbs in a rich stock, finished with crumbled egg and served with toasted sourdough.
Main Course: Haggis, Neeps & Tatties with Whisky Sauce - Authentic haggis served with bashit neeps and chappit tatties, drizzled in a silky whisky cream sauce and accompanied by creamed leeks.
Dessert: Cranachan - A sweet finale of whipped cream laced with Scottish honey, mellow whisky and toasted oats, topped with a tart raspberry compote.
Live Ceilidh with Calling Time - Dance the night away with high-energy reels and jigs led by our fantastic ceilidh band.
Bagpipes & Address to the Haggis with a stirring performance from The Derbyshire Piper, and the traditional Address to a Haggisa moment not to be missed.
