Distinguished Principal Cello of Welsh National Opera, Rosie Biss, returns to perform with CPO following an unforgettable performance of Elgars Cello Concerto in June 2024. For this concert Rosie will be the soloist in Dvoraks much-loved romantic and nostalgic Cello Concerto.
Completing the programme is the most famous, controversial and iconic work of the 20th Century, Stravinskys ballet The Rite of Spring.
