After popular demand our open mic nights are back! Are you looking for a space to call home in the Big Smoke? Are you a Welshie looking to connect with others in the city? Or are you a creative looking for a safe space to experiment with some poetry, singing or comedy? If so, Cartref yn y Ddinas is the place for you!

We welcome anyone with a connection to Welshness, whether you've lived in Wales for the last twenty years or if you've just heard of Gavin and Stacey! If you've visited once on holiday or dared your flatmate twice-removed to pronounce llan-fairpwll-gwyngyll-gogerychwyrn-drob-wllllanty-siliogogogoch.

The host will introduce each act. Performers are given a 10-15 min slot (running order published on the night). Were open to a wide range of acts: poetry, spoken word, singing, dancing, improv, comedy, jugglingit's up to you!
