When Cinderella's happily ever after is frozen in time by the mysterious Snow Queen, the kingdom is plunged into an endless winter and as time itself is frozen, a host of familiar pantomime characters must race against the clock on a magical quest to mysterious lands but will true friendship and true love be enough to save the day and melt an icy heart long gone cold.
