We’re big into our health and fitness. We love a hike and we really love a sports day!
A workout that blends ballet inspired movement with Pilates. Think high intensity, low impact and plenty of isolated focus through high repetitions and resistance. Expect tiny (but mighty!) movements that pack a serious punch- building endurance and stability.
Then we brunch! Choose from class only, smoothie, brunch or bottomless to complete your morning!
