Some were fables of homespun wisdom, some were her own versions of the grimmest fairy tales. Did they help the brothers in their life path, or did they make the forest darker and the way less clear? Were her stories just for fun, or a kind of smokescreen, an enchanted mist that enticed them to strange parts, then left them without Google maps? As the brothers try to work out their differences they bring to life the dark and twisted tales of their childhood with music and story telling, aided by the mysterious Puppet Master!
