Paper Dress Live in association with SON Estrella Galicia are delighted to present Brighton-based party troop congratulations for a colourful collision of art-rock, garage, synth-pop & post-punk

Plus special guests COWZ

congratulations

Fuzz-heavy bass, jagged guitars, electronic twists and big pop hooks, with vocals that swing from sweet melodies to full-throttle screams. It’s playful, unpredictable music built to get a room moving.

With all four members involved in their recording, production and artwork, congratulations bring a strong DIY spirit to everything they do - including their distinctive colour-coded stage outfits and energetic live shows.

Their debut album Join Hands, out now via Bella Union, captures that same glorious chaos: catchy songs packed with noise, groove and unexpected turns.

cowz

COWZ are a Brighton-based, self produced, queer alt-pop duo creating music that can only be described as “girl’s girl music with violent undertones”, formed by Saga Wahlstroem (Sweden) and Tasha Bloom (UK) in 2022.

Blending elements of punk, pop and electronic sounds, the band continue to cause quite a stir in multiple areas of the industry, and in June released ‘Miss Antoinette’; “a powerful critique of nepotism and the barriers faced by artists without financial backing or industry connections”, (Baby Step Magazine). COWZ had their Rough Trade East debut show supporting Big Wett at the beginning of July to celebrate Pride 2026, and released bold, queer electropop anthem ‘je ne sais quoi (STAR)’ on August 28th, and just played Night Currents in Portsmouth alongside SOFY, ARXX, Prima Queen and Lime Garden.
