There, he meets Betty, the no-nonsense landlady; Sarah, the curious tenant next door; and Ted, a grumpy, working-class neighbor with no time for theatrics. With comic tension, poetic language, and eccentric characters, the play humorously explores clashing personalities and the peculiar relationships that form in confined living spaces.
