Two of our favourite local bands come together for a unique performance, celebrating decades spent exploring the idea of hyperlocal music. Dalla pioneered the Celtic music of Cornwall, exploring and reinventing powerful traditions along the journey: Rough Island Band embarked nearly twenty years ago on a mission to set the islands to music. Neil and Hilary (Dalla) and Piers and Joe (RIB) will play separately and together, looking back on their respective journeys and immersing their audience in a sense of place.
