Haverigg Smoked Salmon (gf) Served with Morecambe Bay shrimps, lemon zest crème fraiche, fine herbs and sourdough Summer Minestrone soup (ve, gfo) Locally sourced leeks, courgettes, runner beans, broad beans, cannellini beans, baby gem and herbs served with a wedge of Grange bakery sourdough and a side of basil Pesto Pork and Chicken Terrine (gfo) Pork belly and shoulder, marinated chicken breast, apricots, lemon and thyme, wrapped in local streaky bacon and served with sourdough crostini and house red pepper and tomato chutney MAIN COURSE Lamb Shank Braised in white wine with fresh rosemary and garlic, served on a bed of buttery spring onion mash with summer vegetables and a minted lamb jus Root Vegetable, Mushroom and Nut Roast Wellington ( ve, df, n) ) Rosemary and garlic parmentier potatoes, spinach, Summer Vegetables, Roscoff Onion Gravy Lobster and Mango Salad Poached lobster bound in a homemade mayo, coriander, chilli and lime with baby leaves, sough dough croutons, fresh mango, pickled shallots and coriander oil.
