Faqs

How long are the Thomas rides?

All Thomas rides are approximately 10 minutes long within the Museum site.

Do I need to book my Thomas ride?

No. Rides behind Thomas are unlimited, starting from 10:05.

How long are the train rides with Percy and Daisy?

Each ride lasts approximately 10 minutes.

What does my Day Out with Thomas ticket include?

Your ticket includes ALL the activities included in the activity section above.

Will there be other Thomas & Friends characters at the event?

Yes. Percy, Daisy, Toby, Henrietta, Rusty & Dusty and Sir Topham Hatt will all be there!

What time should I plan to arrive?:

Your ticket allows you access to all the event activities between 10:00 - 16:00. You are welcome to arrive at a time that suits you and we recommend allowing at least 3 hours for your visit. Access to the Museum site is via a footbridge which may require consideration if you have a buggy or pushchair.

Can I travel directly to the venue by train?:
