What is included in the ticket price?
As well as a Thomas train ride, your ticket includes all the activities listed in the activity section above, which are all free of charge!
Can I stay all day?
Yes, activities are available to visitors all day from 09:30 until 17:30. Remember that you must be ready to board the Thomas train at your prebooked time slot (this is printed on your e-ticket).
Do I need to book my Thomas ride?
Yes, please book your preferred time and seat. One Thomas ride is permitted per ticket and you must only board the train at the time that you have prebooked.
How long is the Thomas train ride?
The Thomas train ride is approximately 20-25 minutes each way, with a break at Eridge station for 15 minutes to allow photographs of/with Thomas to be taken. Total time on the train whilst it is moving is between 40 and 50 minutes.
What time are the Thomas train rides?
10:00, 11:30, 13:00, 14:30 And 16:00
Where do the main event activities take place?
Tunbridge Wells West station.
How early should I arrive
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your train ride, however, if you are travelling on the 16:00 Thomas Train Ride you must arrive at the latest by 15:00 hours to enjoy the activities at Tunbridge Wells West as they will not be open for long upon the return of your train ride.
Will tickets be available on the day?
Booking online is strongly advised as our events tend to sell out in advance.
Will refreshments be available to purchase?
Yes, on the train and at Tunbridge Wells West station.
Are prams or pushchairs allowed on the train?
Due to the nature of our carriages, we are unable to accommodate these on the train. However, there will be a designated buggy park onsite.
Are dogs allowed on the train?
Yes.
Is the event suitable for visitors with disabilities?
We have wheelchair access to our platform at Tunbridge Wells West and an easy access coach for wheelchair users which must be pre-booked. There are some areas at Tunbridge Wells West that can only be accessed via steps and not all are accessible with ramps.
