DearALICE is a British boy band formed through a collaboration between SM Entertainment, Kakao Entertainment, and Moon&Back Media. The group consists of five members: James Sharp, Dexter Greenwood, Oliver "Olly" Quinn, Reese Carter, and Blaise Noon. They gained initial recognition through the BBC One show "Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience", which documented their training in South Korea.
