Mae'n bleser gan Ddiwylliant a Hinsawdd Cymru bartneru gyda Climate Cymru i gynnig cyfres o sesiynau hyfforddiant Dychmygwch Weithredu am ddim i bobl sy'n gweithio yn y sectorau diwylliant a threftadaeth.

Dychmygwch Weithredu yw prosiect newid naratif a chyfathrebu blaenllaw Climate Cymru, sydd wedi'i gynllunio i helpu cymunedau i weithio gyda'i gilydd i newid y sgwrs ar weithredu dros yr hinsawdd yng Nghymru. Mae'n cael ei ariannu gan Gronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol.

Pan fo'r byd yn teimlo ar wahan a diffyg ymddiriedaeth, mae'n demtasiwn i wthio'n galetach, i ddadlau, perswadio, neu alw allan. Dyw newid ddim bob amser yn dechrau gyda phwysau; gall ddechrau gyda chysylltiad.

Mae Pecyn Dychmygwch Weithredu yn gasgliad o 10 adnodd syml, ymarferol i'ch helpu i gyfathrebu'n ofalus, adrodd straeon cyffrous, ac ysbrydoli gweithredu yn eich cymuned. Maent yn gyflym i'w dysgu ac yn hawdd i'w defnyddio; p'un a ydych chi'n rhoi cyflwyniad, yn cynnal digwyddiad, yn ysgrifennu datganiad i'r wasg, neu jyst yn cael sgwrs.

Nid oes angen unrhyw brofiad mewn cyfathrebu na chefndir mewn gwaith hinsawdd arnoch. P'un a ydych chi'n ymgyrchydd, addysgwr, artist, arweinydd ffydd, neu'n aelod gweithredol o'ch cymuned, mae'r hyfforddiant hwn ar gyfer unrhyw un sydd eisiau siarad am y pethau sy'n bwysig iddyn nhw gyda mwy o hyder ac effaith. Wedi'i gynllunio i'ch helpu i gyfleu'r hyn sy'n bwysig gyda mwy o effaith, a chysylltu a mudiad ehangach sy'n gweithio tuag at yr un nod: llunio dyfodol i Gymru sy'n cynnwys pawb.

Mae Diwylliant a Hinsawdd Cymru yn fenter rwydweithio i gefnogi cydweithio yn y sector diwylliant o amgylch mynd i'r afael a'r argyfyngau hinsawdd a natur, a ddatblygwyd fel rhan o Raglen Gweithredu Hinsawdd Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru, mewn partneriaeth a Llywodraeth Cymru a Rhwydwaith Celfyddydau Cynaliadwy Cymru.

Culture and Climate Cymru is delighted to be partnering with Climate Cymru to offer a series of free Imagine Action training sessions for people working within the culture and heritage sectors.

Imagine Action is Climate Cymru's flagship narrative change and communications project, designed to help communities work together to change the conversation on climate action in Wales. It is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

When the world feels divided and distrustful, it's tempting to push harder, to debate, convince, or call out. Change doesn't always begin with pressure; it can start with connection.

The Imagine Action Toolkit is a set of 10 simple, practical tools to help you communicate with care, tell compelling stories, and inspire action in your community. They're quick to learn and easy to use; whether you're giving a presentation, running an event, writing a press release, or just having a conversation.

You don't need any experience in communications or a background in climate work. Whether you're a campaigner, educator, artist, faith leader, or simply an active member of your community, this training is for anyone who wants to talk about the things they care about with more confidence and impact.

Designed to help you communicate what matters with greater impact, and connect to a wider movement working toward the same goal: shaping a future for Wales that includes everyone.

Culture and Climate Cymru is a networking initiative to support culture sector collaboration around tackling the climate and nature emergencies, developed as part of the National Library of Wales's Climate Action Programme, in partnership with the Welsh Government.
