Philly Whizz & DJ Rasp Legends of the Merseyside Hip Hop scene will be gracing the stage at The Shipping Forecast (Basement) Liverpool along with support from London based MCs Caskie & Sylva Grey, Manchester MC Donnie Danko and Frodsham based Third Eye.
