While others in the world are Killing in the name of...local RATM tribute band Evil Empire are charging forward like Bulls on Parade.

Rage Against The Machine exploded onto the music scene in 1991, merging hard rock, heavy metal, funk, and hip-hop into a high octane, politically charged sound. 35 years later, the lyrics still resonate and their riffs still shake.

Local RATM tribute band, Evil Empire are bringing the songs back to live audiences with punch.

Formed in 2025, the line-up are experienced musicians from across Essex with a passion for RAGE. Formed by Pete on bass (Columbo, The Ruperts, Under One Sun, Broadway Clash) who got together with Chelmsford's own Jimi Styx on drums (Hieronymus Bosch, Loonie Balloonies, Styx & Stoned) before finding Alec on guitar (Neanderthal, Sigil, Semi automatic hate machine, the Headbangers) and Ed (well known on the Colchester circuit, formerly of Loosen Up) to complete the band.
