Experience a family-friendly musical adventure this spring! From 11am-1pm, Musinc and Apollo Arts are running a fun-filled workshop day at Middlesbrough Town Hall. Participants can discover the joy of body percussion, learn fun songs, and experience the magic of live music first-hand. Get ready to stomp, clap, and tap your way through rhythms and melodies, then join in the interactive performance that will have everyone dancing in (or out of) their seats! Event open to all ages; activities are most suited for children aged 7-14. Free tickets are available for foster families, please email [email protected] to enquire. Access information Pushchairs and prams Due to Middlesbrough Town Hall’s fire regulation policies pushchairs, prams & car seats must be left in our dedicated ‘buggy parking’ zone on the carriageway and cannot be taken into any of the event spaces. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items left there, but we do our best to keep an eye on them. A number of ear defenders are available from the Box Office – by the main entrance on Albert Street. They are limited, so come and see us as early as possible to secure a pair. Relaxed setting All our family events take place in a relaxed environment, and have the following features: • There’ll be lower volume levels throughout the event • Our spaces have consistent lighting, with low level auditorium lights on throughout • Our musicians and facilitators have a relaxed attitude to noise and moving around the space • A quiet, chill out space will be available should you need a break
