Fiasco! Quartet

Fiasco! Quartet
'Fiasco are wonderful and defy labelling as a musical genre! They entice and entertain with a musical
tapestry woven out of humour, pathos, dance and conviviality. You hear the skilled musicians alternating
as leaders, seamlessly throwing melodies back and forth to each other. You see them look each other in the
eye and play in perfect synchronisation. You feel them playing with tempo and beat alike. To communicate
so well to an audience without using lyrics is credit to their creativity in arrangement as well as their
individual and collective instrumental prowess. Just listen to them for one performance and tell me if I am
wrong! - Trudi Box

A beautiful blend of styles and instruments that transport the imagination on a whirlwind of a
journey through sheer emotion and passion' - Tessa Gibson

'The Fiasco! concert in Cromer left me feeling exhilarated and inspired. What a brilliant and
hilarious bunch of first class musicians!' - Adam Shawyer

'Fiasco! is a riotous explosion of joyous music, taking you on a journey through world folk, dance,
classical and more. The four musicians lead their audience through foot-stomping frenzy to calm
musical melancholy and back again; clearly having huge amounts of fun while doing so. Go and see
them!' - Melissa Collin

'Fiasco! is a quartet of musicians who galvanise each other in a myriad directions. From Klezmer to
Bartok, from Lennon and McCartney to Mendelssohn, these transformative individuals dance their
way to glory, along roads less taken. Once heard, never forgotten' -Peter Pegnal
