Welcome to the 1st FP Arts Short Film Festival! Annual Event Get ready for a 3 day event full to immerse yourself in a showcase of incredible short films created by talented artists from across the globe. From thought-provoking dramas to hilarious comedies, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Friday 9th May This will include all 18 of our short films from local and international countries. These filmmakers are also likely to attend. Afterwards from 8pm an independent Feature Film made by local filmmaker ‘Mitchell J Ronald’ from East Kilbride will be screened followed by a Q&A from the director, cast and some crew. Later In the evening join us for drinks in the Torrance Hotel Bar. Saturday 10th May Starting from 12 Noon doors will open for time to network. Throughout the day we will have our official welcome for the full event followed by a panel of some of our filmmakers nominated for a Q&A about their films. Afterward the event will allow time for more networking followed with Live music by Memphis in the Village Inn Function Suite. Sunday 11th May Starting from 5pm everyone is invited to arrive and get their pictures on the red carpet. From 8pm our awards ceremony will take place hosted by Vivien Taylor followed by drinks at the Torrance Hotel Bar.
