Edinburgh Fringe Shows come to Stoke, with a free preview showing of James Beckett Stutter Island, supported by Spitfire's usual Open Mic Comedy night, brought to you by guest MC Alex Leam! First up we'll have local and upcoming acts taking the stage in short spots trying out new bits and giving a safe space for new performers to get more experience, then onto James Beckett Stutter Island where you can expect 45 minutes of silly stories, him talking about his stutter, his 12 year break from comedy, a uncomfortable tale about the theme tune to Ducktales and the story of how he delivered his 2nd child!
