Free Intro to Trail Running: Guided 5km from Edale

This 5km circular is aimed at beginners and less experienced runners who want to give trail running a go on terrain that isn’t too steep or technical underfoot. The uphill sections will be gradual and okay to tackle as a brisk walk.
Your guide is a qualified UK Athletics coach specialising in off-road running. During the run, there will be breaks to advise on uphill and downhill running techniques and approaches to training.
An indication of fitness level required: able to run 5km (for example, Park Run) in 25 minutes or slower. No previous off-road running experience is required.
