Friday Fitness - At the Old Library AND Get Bodmin Fit

Friday Fitness is a friendly, inclusive programme designed to build strength, confidence and connection.
Each month runs as a three-session series:
The first two Fridays of the month sessions take place atThe Old Library, focusing on accessible, guided movement and exercise suitable for all abilities.
The third Friday of the month session moves toGet Bodmin Fit, Livs gym on Walker Lines industrial estate (opposite Barnecutts), where participants can experience a supportive gym environment and build familiarity with equipment.
The format creates progression without pressure, helping people grow in confidence week by week. Friday Fitness is about feeling better, moving more and discovering that exercise can be welcoming, social and enjoyable.
45 Minute Sessions
Minimum price 5 - you can choose to pay more if you can afford it, but there is no pressure or expectation.
