A long awaited return to The Green Place for Gerry Farrow and his excellent band for an afternoon of quality music to kick start our day of celebrating 40 years since Live Aid (see our evening event). Bring a chair and relax in the garden, enjoy drinks from the bar and snacks from the cafe. Plus music film compilation in the upstairs cinema room. Doors 2pm. Music 3pm - 5pm including interval. One tree planted for every ticket sold. The Gerry Farrow Band was established in 2021. They frequently perform throughout the East Midlands and have established a reputation as a formidable live act playing both original material and covers. In March 2024, they signed with New Reality Records, and their debut EP has already racked up over 15,000 streams on Spotify, reaching audiences in more than 90 countries.
