Gig School

Tickets On Sale Friday 20th June at 12pm
Gig School is an exciting opportunity for young people to play, rehearse and perform in a band setting. Young musicians taking part will learn how to communicate with each other as a band, learn about live music rehearsal, set-up and soundcheck, and performance techniques. They’ll perform in large bands, as well as getting the chance to form ‘breakaway bands’ during the week.
The sessions are led by a team of 4 experienced tutors specialising in guitar, bass, keys, drums and vocals.
This activity is open to young people aged 12-17 and we advise that young people playing guitar, bass, keys, and drums have some experience (beginner level to advanced) on their instruments. Singers of all abilities are welcome.
