Glasgow Songwriter Round: January

The Glasgow Songwriter Round series continues January 2026 featuring Mallory Chipman, Maddisun, Steven Bamidele, and Ursula Grant.
A Nashville inspired live music format created to give songwriters a collaborative, non-competitive space to share songs, stories and creative process in an intimate setting. The series was founded after inspiration from songwriter rounds at The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville and first launched in Glasgow’s West End, before moving to King Tut’s to meet growing demand. Entry is free, reinforcing the focus on accessibility and attentive listening.
Each event brings four artists together on one shared stage, encouraging conversation, collaboration and connection between performers and audience. The format centres songwriting, creating a stripped back and immersive live music experience.
