Join Medical Herbalist, Yasmin Kerr, for an afternoon of exploration and hands-on medicine making. During this introductory workshop, participants will discuss sleep hygiene; explore supportive herbal remedies; and learn invaluable tools to support insomnia and nervous system dysregulation (from dietary and lifestyle advice to guidance on supplements). Enjoy some organic loose leaf herbal tea, as Yasmin guides you through the process of creating your own bespoke Sweet Dreams Tea. Participants will learn the medicinal properties and flavour profiles of various plants, while exploring the art of tea blending. Participants will also receive an informative hand-out with recipes, book recommendations and top tips. You’ll leave this introductory workshop feeling confident and ready to support better sleep – for yourself and your loved ones – using herbal remedies and more.
