Holding Space Theatre Changing Rooms by Tabitha Kenworthy & Nadia Heap.

Genevieve is alone in the changing room, writing brilliant Star Wars fan-fiction. What a loser.

She realises her worst fear has come true: someone has stolen her notebook. It has to have been one of the four girls intent on ruining her life. Theyre going to find the bad poetry, the love letters to Jack (the boy that everyone wants), and the terrible things shes said about the girls themselves, so naturally her life is over. She needs to get that notebook back before whoever has it takes their revenge, she needs to get her period, and she needs to understand the meaning of life, what it means to be a woman, while unpacking the deeply instilled nature of female stereotypes.

And she has until lunch is over to do it. By grappling with the girls she calls The Spice Girls, and learning what really makes them tick, maybe shell realise that the world doesnt totally revolve around her. Bring on the teenage angst.
