This time around with have very special SPECIAL GUESTS headlining, preceded by these cats here: TO THE LIGHTHOUSE hail from Halifax and peddle a fragrantly noirish indie rock passion with melody, mascara and some fearsomely beefy chordage, all fronted by a neo-gothic siren called Oolagh; HAMBURGER bowl in from Bristol six-strong and ready to right the world’s sonic wrongs with a dreamy grunge-gaze boy-girl sound which nods at nonchalant US behemoths of yonder daze - see Pavement, Sebadoh - whilst maintaining a whispery West Country elegance. Not wimpy at all, then.
