Our new Home Education Discovering History sessions are designed with home educating families in mind and aimed at children aged 6yrs and older.

Each session draws on our rich collection of stories and objects and children and adults alike will get the opportunity to discover amazing things about the history of Southampton… and beyond!

Each ticket is for one young person and one adult – if you’re bringing along more adults please book an extra space for £3 extra. Admission to the museum is included on the day of the session, so you can make the most of your day with us!

This activity will take place in our lovely education room. It can get a bit tight for space though, so if you are able to leave pushchairs outside we’d be very grateful!

For our FIRST EVER session we will be exploring the rich history of Southampton, from prehistory, through to the Romans, Saxons, medieval, Victorian and modern era in a whistle-stop tour of Southampton’s past!

CANCELLATIONS

In the unlikely event that we cancel a session, we will offer a full refund. Unfortunately tickets are otherwise non-refundable. Please contact us if you wish to transfer your ticket to a friend if you cannot attend for any reason.
