This September, HUMAИS returns to London for a special day session at one of the capital’s most respected venues: Village Underground. Set in a converted Victorian warehouse beneath Shoreditch’s iconic railway arches, Village Underground is a cornerstone of London’s electronic scene. With its industrial architecture, impeccable acoustics, and stripped-back, raw energy, the space has hosted everyone from rising minimal artists to global pioneers. It’s intimate yet powerful - built for those who come for the sound. From 14:00 to 22:00, we bring together four residents - each a label boss, each a trusted selector - for eight hours of deep, groove-led rhythm and movement. ⸻ Meet the Residents: Jaime Soeiro (Techaway / Spain) - Rolling, hypnotic minimal from the founder of Techaway. Afternoon grooves with drive and emotion. Jeff Sorkowitz (Short Circuit / USA) - Percussive, stripped-back energy from NYC’s Short Circuit boss. Heads-down rhythm and late-set pressure. Artslaves (Moan / Italy) - Italian groove masters and founders of Moan Recordings. Timeless, bouncing minimal with depth. Mike Morrisey (Libero / UK) - UK underground mainstay and Libero head.
